I see a lot of questions about where to get herbalism supplies and packaging – oils, butters, other non-herb ingredients, salve tins, tincture bottles, lip balm tubes, and things like that. A lot of the places we see commonly recommended are American and costly to ship to Canada. Through trial and error, here’s my top 3 Canadian-friendly options!

Pin me!
Candora Soap – Located in Ontario, they carry a wide variety of tins, tubes, bottles, jars, and other packaging. I’ve found their shipping times to be really good. They also have a great selection of oils and butters, with organic options as well.
New Directions Aromatics – Their Canadian office is located in Ontario. They’re a great option for organic ingredients and have a wide selection of essential oils. Their packaging section also offers lots of good choices for bottles and jars. This site encourages bulk ordering so keep that in mind.
Amazon – I don’t use Amazon for ingredients but if you’re in a pinch, they’ve gotten a better selection of small bottles and tins. I love the fast processing and shipping. They’re a good source for mason jars of all sizes (and have you seen the super cool Jarware toppers??). They carry a wide variety of Avery labels that could be useful for your packaging as well!
