It’s Goldenrod season! I mostly just use Goldenrod as tea so I thought it would be good to do a Goldenrod recipe roundup to help us make the most of the beautiful abundance of Goldenrod this season. Goldenrod has a great reputation for colds and respiratory issues but it’s also a really strong option for first aid. It was hard to find many food recipes for Goldenrod though I know it’s possible so let us know in the comments how you cook with it! To read more about how you can use Goldenrod, check out Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine’s summary over here. As always, you can find our Pinterest board with ideas for Goldenrod here.
